The perfect honeymoon route

Everything we offer is fully bespoke; the itinerary below is an example of what our experts can create with you.

San José & Central Valley

San José, Costa Rica’s capital, boasts friendly locals, vibrant culture, and historical attractions. It might be tempting to use it as a gateway, but we recommend spending some time exploring its parks, museums, and restaurants before heading to the Central Valley for whitewater rafting, cultural excursions, and visits to coffee plantations, volcanic craters, and lagoons.

Monteverde

Monteverde, Costa Rica’s ecotourism gem, is awe-inspiring with its lush landscapes and abundant wildlife. Home to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve, it is home to 2.5% of all the world's biodiversity, including the elusive quetzal and beautiful white-faced capuchin monkeys.

Santa Teresa

With a laid-back vibe and pumping surf, this small beach town on the western side of the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica attracts a growing number of surf-seeking travellers every year. Whether you want adrenaline-fuelled adventure or slow sunset walks along the sand, this place has it all on tap.

Manuel Antonio

Listed as one of the best national parks in the world, Manuel Antonio is located on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast and encompasses rugged rainforest, picture-perfect beaches, mangroves and endless hiking trails. It might be Costa Rica's smallest national park but it is abundant in wildlife such as Capuchin monkeys, sloths and iguanas.

South Pacific Coast, Costa Rica

Also known as the Costa Ballena, this sweeping stretch of coastline runs from Dominical to Ojochal and offers untouched beaches, diverse wildlife and verdant rainforest. It's the perfect destination choice for travellers seeking that barefoot bliss beach experience away from the crowds.

12 nights in Costa Rica starts at £8,000 per couple (excl. international flights).

Dec - April

High season - the country is at its driest and busiest.

May & Nov

The green season - don't let the chance of rain put you off! This is our favourite time to travel due to lush landscapes, amazing wildlife, and lower hotel rates.

Jun - Aug

Rainy season - you can expect rain most days but enjoy pockets of sunshine in Guanacaste & Puerto Viejo.

Sep - Oct

Rainy season - we don't recommend travel due to heavy rainfall and floods.
