Quinta Deluxe

Located in the new wing, these spacious, clean-lined 40 to 46sq m rooms have a queen- or king-size bed (twin rooms are available on request) and a comfortable sitting area. Some of the rooms have two small windows overlooking the valley and picturesque rooftops; others have floor-to-ceiling windows with woodland views. Terrace-facing Quinta Deluxe rooms have steps leading directly into the grounds and a small seating area. All these rooms have access to a lift. The open-plan bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower; some have bath tubs too. There’s also a flatscreen TV, iPod dock, free WiFi, minibar, air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and toiletries from Six Senses and Organic Pharmacy. Some of these rooms can fit one extra bed for a child under 12 years old, free, subject to availability, and a baby cot can be added.

Vineyard Deluxe

Decorated in neutral hues with modern furnishings, these 64 to 65sq m rooms are set on the fourth and fifth floors of the Vineyard Wing. Each has a wooden deck facing the vines with a gazebo and comfortable sofas. There’s a bedroom with a king-size bed, a dining area, and a large bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower and an ottoman in the centre. Each room has a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, minibar and wine fridge, air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and toiletries from Six Senses and Organic Pharmacy. And a baby cot can be added on request.

Quinta River

Elegant and contemporary, these 46 to 50sq m rooms have a queen- or king-size (some can be twinned) and a comfortable seating area – some with day-beds – with sweeping views of the Douro River. The open-plan bathroom has a rainfall shower. Some of the Quinta River rooms have a private balcony or terrace. There’s also a flatscreen TV, iPod dock, free WiFi, minibar, air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and toiletries from Six Senses and Organic Pharmacy. Some of these rooms can fit a baby cot or one child under 12 years old can sleep on the day-bed, on request.

Valley Garden Suite

These spacious 55 to 66sq m suites are set within the hotel's refurbished wine lodge on the ground floor, with secluded garden terraces overlooking the surrounding vineyards. Beyond your private grounds, there's another shared garden area with a swimming pool and hot tub. Inside, you'll find modern furnishings warmed with crafted wooden accents and colourful artwork. The bedroom has a king-size bed (twinned on request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, some also have a separate bath tub, and sustainable Oleófora amenities. The living room has a fire place and connecting french doors that open out onto your terrace; one of the suites also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. All of these suites have free WiFi, TV, Bluetooth speakers, tea- and coffee-making facilities, free bottled water, minibar and snack corner, wine fridge, pillow menu, yoga mats and hairdryers. If you're travelling in a larger group, the suites can be combined to create a nine-bedroom villa (on request, subject to availability).

Vineyard Premier

Each of these 65 to 66sq m rooms has a wooden deck that faces the hotel’s vineyard, furnished with a four-poster day-bed, cosy sofas and a table for alfresco dining. They’re set on the fifth floor of the Vineyard Wing and also overlook the Vale de Abraão. This 95sq m suite is on the fifth floor of the hotel, and has a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and a daybed overlooking the hotel’s vineyards.
