Martinhal Sagres One-Bedroom Apartment

Staying in a One-Bedroom Apartment at Martinhal Sagres gives you open access to the sunkissed beach below, rugged national park inland, and an activity-stuffed kids’ club at this family-centric resort. There are five – yes, five – swimming pools to choose from, or you can take a dip in the Atlantic and dry off on the golden sand. Active types can busy themselves with watersports at the beach or tennis lessons at the sports club, then wind down with a seaweed wrap at the Finisterra spa.

Surrounded by parkland, these ground or first-floor, one-bedroom apartments share a walled garden and are close to the Oasis Pool. Ground-floor apartments have a terrace with tables, chairs and sunloungers; their first-floor equivalents have a balcony with a table, chairs and beanbags. All have a double bedroom, bathroom with roomy tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, laundry rack) and open-plan living room with 32” satellite TV. These stylish rooms make good use of natural materials (timber, wicker, cork and local stone) and were created by British furniture and interiors designer Michael Sodeau. All have air-conditioning, black-out curtains, daily maid service, Voya toiletries, MP3 docks and free WiFi.
