21212 is a pristine, refined restaurant with rooms (of which there are only four) to match its culinary elegance. Decide whether you fancy a room with a glorious view of the Firth of Forth, or one with a bathroom featuring huge waterfall shower and egg-shaped tub. It's all about the food here, relax and watch as the chefs cook up a storm behind a perspex screen and feast on fantastic deconstructed meaty dishes (vegans, this one probably isn't for you).

Cancellation Policy

We charge a non-refundable deposit and you can change your travel dates for free up to one week before your trip, which is when your balance is due. Our post-booking services are industry leading and your deposit is to ensure we can offer you the support you deserve, every step of the way.
